Orders under $100:

• Standard Post - $10
• Express - $15

Orders over $100:

• Standard Post – FREE
• Express - $15

Who do you ship your orders with?

All orders are shipped using Australia Post.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to process orders within 2 business days of being received. Packages are sent from Ormeau, QLD 4208. You can calculate the shipping time to your postcode here.

What if I haven't received my order in the shipping timeframe?

Please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery. In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

Once the orders have left our premises we do not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen packages during transit. All products are inspected and wrapped appropriately for protection before leaving our storage.
