The big brother book is excellent! The gentle illustrations and positive (but factual) tone kept him glued to the pages and opened up the safe space for questions. I noticed after night two or three of reading ours asked some questions they must’ve thought of during the days between. So it also turned out to be an excellent way to connect and prompt the conversation. Pro tip get Dad to read it too as some questions about mummy's changes only got asked to Dad! Awesome book every family with a soon to be big brother should have one!

The thought and detail that has gone into writing, illustrating and packing this book is incredible. The story is such a beautiful way of introducing the idea of a new family member to young kids, and a gorgeous keepsake following the babies arrival. This book made such a special gift for my friend who was in tears upon receiving it and she has thoroughly loved reading it to her son while she waited for her second to arrive.
